Brian McIntosh has more than 18 years of experience in the fields of architectural design and visualization. As a consultant, he began working with MAP in 2016 and has created most of the firm's renderings and animations over the last eight years, including seven of the firm's Buildings of Excellence winners. He is also the firm's primary aerial photographer and videographer.
Before joining MAP, Brian worked as an architectural designer for Studio Daniel Libeskind in New York and then Holzer Kobler Architekturen in Zürich before joining the international rendering studio Nightnurse Images. Upon returning to New York, Brian opened the American branch of Nightnurse Images, acting as president for 10 years and overseeing the production of renderings for more than 70 architecture firms in the New York region. A number of publications have featured his work, including the New York Times, Curbed, New York Magazine, Nightline, and Oculus Magazine.
Brian holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and a BA in music production from Florida State University.
