Christopher Jones has deep experience in all phases of design and construction for multi-family residential and supportive housing developments, as well as commercial spaces, and urban neighborhood planning projects.
Mr. Jones leads operations, managing studio production and output including quality control measures; overseeing technical documentation standards and the adoption of new digital design tools; and guides research and implementation of construction typologies and material assemblies.
Mr. Jones also provides project management and construction administration. His current work includes Bishop House, a 91-unit supportive housing development in Manhattan; Jackson’s Place, a 65-unit supportive housing development with 4,000 square feet of community facility space in East New York; Casa Celina, a 205-unit senior development at the Sotomayor Houses NYCHA campus in the Bronx; and the Sunset Park Library, 50 units of affordable family housing above a new space for the Sunset Park branch of the Brooklyn Public Library.
Mr. Jones has also recently completed construction on Westchester Mews, a two-building development with 206 affordable apartments in the Bronx, and The Printhouse, a mixed-use development with 71 residential units (including an affordable set-aside) and retail space in downtown New Rochelle.
Mr. Jones graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Architecture degree.
