Master Plan

Sharpe Reservation includes 5 Summer camps:

1. Hidden Valley (HV)

2. Mariah (M)

3. Hayden Marks (HM)

4. Tommy (T)

5. Anita Bliss Coler (ABC)

Beginning in  2018, Magnusson Architecture and Planning, with Daly Gonzales, prepared a Master Plan for the Sharpe Reservation; the plan was developed in concert, and from close conversation with the past and present staff, executive leadership, and board members of the Fresh Air Fund.

MAP was then hired to work continue planning work, and to produce a report summarizing the existing conditions, with immediate recommendations based on these conditions, and outlining a future Master Plan. The work also includes Schematic Designs for different building typologies and recommendations for maintenance and best practices that should be considered long-term.

The team also includes Thornton Tomasetti and Langan Engineering.
